★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Illudono la gente facendogli credere di avere delle buone possibilità di essere assunta e dopo al massimo un anno la scaricano dando motivazioni vaghe e poco credibili (addirittura attendono che l'operatore termini il proprio turno l'ultimo giorno di contratto per comunicargli che non hanno alcuna intenzione di tenerlo).
They deceive people by making them believe they have a good chance of being hired and after a maximum of one year they download it giving vague and not very credible reasons (they even wait for the operator to finish their shift on the last day of the contract to tell them that they have no intend to keep it).

- Fanno sottoscrivere un part-time di 20 ore settimanali per poi farne lavorare finanche 40 nei periodi caldi ovvero in prossimità delle festività e dell'estate quando ci sono molte chiamate. (ogni giorno un turno diverso)
- Nessuna richiesta di disponibilità all'operatore per le ore supplementari
- Addetti spesso trattati da furbetti nullafacenti ingiustamente
- Somministrati illusi sulle reali possibilità di stabilizzazione (se non gli va a genio qualcuno lo tengono sulle spine per poi non assumerlo)
- Maggiore attenzione ai volumi di chiamate a discapito della qualità del servizio
- Tante recensioni positive su Indeed evidentemente scritte da loro stessi
Non meritano la commessa assicurativa che hanno.
Operators like skittles and arrogant and untrustworthy managers.
- They sign up for a part-time job of 20 hours a week and then make them work up to 40 in the hot periods or near the holidays and in the summer when there are many calls. (a different shift every day)
- No availability request to the operator for extra hours
- Employees often treated unjustly by smutters
- Administered deluded about the real possibilities of stabilization (if they don't like someone they keep it on their toes and then not take it)
- Greater attention to call volumes at the expense of service quality
- Lots of positive Indeed reviews evidently written by themselves
They don't deserve the insurance contract they have.
