★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito ordine di saturimetro le cui caratteristiche erano ben illustrate nel sito, a seguito di telefonata puntuale per confermare l'ordine e nella quale mi si dava conferma delle caratteristiche del prodotto ( costo 69,90 comprese spese di spedizione) arriva: un saturimetro completamente diverso dalle caratteristiche illustrate e richieste. Non solo, altre 5 euro per le spese di spedizione. Non risponde nessuno per esercitare il diritto di recesso. Cosa farò? Trascorsi tre giorni dalla mail ufficiale che farò per richiedere il rimborso, in assenza di riscontro segnalerò il tutto a Striscia la Notizia e contestualmente presenterò denuncia querela per i fatti accorsi. Non devono stare tranquilli............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un giorno ho effettuato un acquisto online, ed un'operatrice mi ha ricontattata per la conferma d'ordine. Al recall di quel numero ho saputo che l'azienda che mi aveva contattata era Euro-Tel. Abitando a Torino, mi son presentata da loro e ho ben potuto constatare che è solo un'azienda di call center che lavora per altre aziende. Le ragazze all' ingresso mi hanno spiegato quanto segue per farmi capire la situazione: non è l azienda madre che spedisce i pacchi; ma gestisce la conferma degli ordini generati online da noi clienti. Son stati così gentili da aiutarmi a comprendere quale fosse l azienda che mi avesse spedito il pacco e a fornirmi i recapiti da contattare per l assistenza.
Da questa esperienza ho capito che a volte l'apparenza inganna e che bisogna prima informarsi meglio prima di iniziare a pensare male.
One day I made an online purchase, and an operator contacted me to confirm the order. Upon recalling that number, I learned that the company that had contacted me was Euro-Tel. Living in Turin, I introduced myself to them and I could well see that it is only a call center company that works for other companies. The girls at the entrance explained the following to me to make me understand the situation: it is not the parent company that sends the packages; but manages the confirmation of orders generated online by us customers. They were kind enough to help me understand which company had sent me the package and to provide me with contact details for assistance.
From this experience I understood that sometimes appearances can be deceiving and that you must first get more information before starting to think badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono al telefono e riattaccano, mi dovrebbe arrivare un pacco con pagamento alla consegna e mi arrivano messaggi che devo pagare le spese di spedizione. Ho pagato l'euro che mi hanno chiesto ed è andato. Poi mi è arrivato una richiesta di pagamento di ulteriori 2 euro da un altro numero e quando sono andata a pagare mi dice che devo confermare nell'app della posta, li mi dice che il prezzo è 4,95 e la posta ha rifiutato il pagamento. Chiamo per avere spiegazioni e nessuno risponde ?????? vorrei sapere quando e se viene consegnato e da chi
They do not answer the phone and hang up, I should have a package with payment on delivery and I get messages that I have to pay the shipping costs. I paid the euro they asked for and it went. Then I received a request for payment of an additional 2 euros from another number and when I went to pay it tells me that I have to confirm in the mail app, it tells me that the price is 4.95 and the post has refused the payment .
