Mi sono sentita trattata male e questo è il mio parlare gli auguro buona serata .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato i miei panni a lavare ed asciugare, gli avevo chiesto se gentilmente potevano anche piegarli così da non ritrovarli squarciati. E invece sono stati buttati così come veniva nella busta.Io capisco che è agosto ma non per questo devo ricevere un pessimo servizio anche perché io ho pagato. Sapendo ciò che mi avreste risposto ho fatto anche la foto dei panni che ovviamente non sono stati piegati ma buttati nella busta, di credo se volevo lo stiro lo avrei detto, ma ho soltanto specificato di piegarlo per bene e non è stati fatto.. e per quanto riguarda il costo me lo avete fatto io senza che io chiedessi niente avrei pagato quello che cera da pagare se le cose sarebbero state fatte bene. Comunque la ringrazio lo stesso ma non credo di ritornare da voi buona giornata

Prezzi convenienti e molteplici i trattamenti offerti.
Sono rimasto un pò deluso poichè anziché smacchiare un paio di pantaloni, sono riusciti in qualche modo a ridurre l'intensità della macchia ma nel contempo ad ampliarla !
Nonostante dopo averli visti al momento della consegna mi era stato garantito un risultato diverso, avrebbero potuto quantomeno avvisarmi al momento della resa del capo, mio malgrado l'ho scoperto solo dopo essere arrivato a casa. Un po di correttezza e serietà in più non guasterebbe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una maglietta di semplice cotone con delle macchie, può succedere che non si riesce a toglierle ma almeno l'accortezza di avvisare il cliente ci deve stare onde evitare di mettere in valigia cose inutili, la "fortuna" chiamiamola a cosi, è che era stata stirata con il piedi e neanche piegata, inverosimile ritirate un capo così! Mai successo e mai ci ritornerò
Rispondo dicendo che non è stata fatta nessuna segnalazione delle macchie al mio ritiro cosa che mi è stata confermata da voi al telefono ammettendo anche che vi era probabilmente sfuggito, per quanto riguarda la stiratura mi è stata consegnata sulla stampella spiegata in due li dove vanno inseriti i pantaloni

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sgradevole esperienza! Porto i miei piumini da letto per lavarli, dopo oltre 2 mesi , arrivato al giorno della consegna uno dei due viene smarrito , con una scortesia imbarazzante vengo invitato dopo oltre 40 minuti di attesa a ritornare il giorno dopo .
Come mi è stato chiesto ritorno il giorno dopo e nonostante il largo lasso di tempo per ritrovare il piumino , ancora nulla.
Dopo tante telefonate e un attesa di un ora vengo servito.
Vorrei dirvi solo due cose : errare è umano indubbiamente . Quando si è dalla parte del torto il garbo e i modi potrebbero rendere più digeribile la questione , ciò che non ho riscontrato in voi .
Dopo la prima volta venuto a vuoto almeno la decenza a farsi trovare pronti per la consegna . Invece no ! È un dato di fatto che il cliente per voi non è importante a sto punto ho dubbio anche del vostro operato.
A mai più .
