In foto come ci ha riconsegnato le cose che gli avevamo affidato. Assolutamente sconsigliato per il lavaggio dei prodotti per animali, non oso immaginare per quelli per le persone…
Bad service, rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato due federe delle cucce dei cani e due pettorine lavabili. Oggi mi arrivano puzzolenti come prima. Richiamo: risponde l’addetto a cui espongo il problema e che mi propone scocciato una trafila di:
“Eh, come fai a dire che puzzano?” (!)
“Io lavo nello stesso modo ogni giorno”
“Le cose dei cani puzzano SEMPRE”
E per gradire mi anticipa, con una grassa risata, la ciliegina sulla torta con “Avrai buttato i soldi”.
Mai mi è capitato con altre lavanderie serie (e persino con la lavatrice di casa) che restassero odori.
Non solo pessimo (o assente?) servizio di lavanderia, ma servizio alla clientela da schiaffi.
DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

"Dog things ALWAYS stink"
And to please, he anticipates, with a fat laugh, the icing on the cake with "You will have wasted your money".
It has never happened to me with other serious laundries (and even with the washing machine at home) that odors remain.
Not just bad (or no?) Laundry service, but slap-up customer service.
