La porta non chiude e i pannelli di legno si sono aperti lasciando spazi anche di un paio di cm. Visto l'importo pagato mi sarei aspettata una assistenza immediata, dato l'insorgere di difetti a meno di 6 mesi dall'acquisto.
Unfortunately, the good initial experience has largely diminished: we have a problem on the wooden house that they have installed and despite the many reminders they have not yet come to repair it. The door does not close and the wooden panels have opened leaving spaces of even a couple of cm. Given the amount paid, I would have expected immediate assistance, given the onset of defects less than 6 months after purchase.
