Per quanto riguarda l’azienda oltre essere italiana quindi un nostro fiore all’occhiello ho trovato un servizio e una assistenza impeccabili Grazie Faber Ti consiglio vivamente ….Peccato averti scoperta solo ora anche se non è mai troppo tardi. Well what about. after trying some coffee machines with bad results I finally landed at the top !!! This is a coffee with a capital C! Io ho aggiunto il termostato ed il portafiltro calamitato: consiglio entrambi! Piacevole sorpresa di un pacco di cialde all’arrivo della macchina veramente al top! Post vendita sempre disponibile ed immediato! Consiglio di prenderla dal loro sito Internet! A truly excellent coffee right from the first use! Impeccable machine construction nothing to do with other plastickers despite having taken the base! I added the thermostat and the magnetic filter holder: I recommend both! Pleasant surprise of a pack of pods upon arrival of the machine truly at the top! Post sales always available and immediate! I recommend getting it from their website!

Caffè in cialde ecologiche ed un caffé eccezionale, ovviamente con la miscela di gradimento, ma resa meglio del bar da una macchina casalinga costruita come una da bar. Dopo tempo ho avuto un piccolo e stupido guasto non derivato dalla qualità della macchina e l'assistenza lampo, cordiale e professionale. After trying various types of coffee machines, unreliable and only emblazoned by advertising, I decided to rely on an Italian product, made with criterion, simplicity, but a lot of wisdom. Coffee in ecological pods and an exceptional coffee, obviously with the mixture to be liked, but made better than the bar by a home machine built like a bar one. After a while, I had a stupid little breakdown that was not due to the quality of the machine and the lightning-fast, friendly and professional assistance.

Anche le cialde di caffè della "Selezioni di Faber" sono assolutamente squisite! Alla mia recensione ho dato il voto massimo in quanto il prodotto eccezzionale è stato accompagnato da un servizio clienti altrettanto eccezionale, ho avuto la fortuna di essere stato seguito dalla Sig.ra Simona Coppola la quale mi ha saputo assistere con estrema professionalità e cordialità. Since I bought a PRO DELUX FABER coffee machine I can't wait to wake up in the morning to enjoy an exceptional espresso! Even the coffee pods of the "Selezioni di Faber" are absolutely delicious! I gave the highest rating to my review as the exceptional product was accompanied by an equally exceptional customer service, I was lucky enough to have been followed by Mrs. Simona Coppola who was able to assist me with extreme professionalism and cordiality.

If you are fan of E.S.E. pods and want a good machine that can last a long time, get a Faber. They are simply built, easy to maintain and absolutely bulletproof. I feel that with the right care these machines can outlast me. I got the 2 of the simplest models (Slot Plast) at first, but after using them for about a year or so, I wanted to keep the mechanism but to have a fancier design. I reached out to them to customize a Deluxe Pro model and their customer service was top notch. They took care of me within 3-4 emails in the same day and a week later I got my cool looking Acid Green Deluxe Pro. And a box of coffee as a gift. Excellent company, excellent products!
