Mai acquisto si è rivelato peggiore di questo. Alla prima cottura, pur avendo seguito le indicazioni datemi dal rivenditore, sono rimaste delle tracce di bruciato sulla piastra, e non sono più riuscito, pur provando con ogni mezzo, a rimuoverle. La cosa più incredibile, secondo me, sta nel fatto che la piastra, una volta calda, si pieghi addirittura su se stessa. Ho la sensazione che la piastra in questione sia tutt'altro che acciaio inox. Mi dispiace, perchè non era certo regalata. Ho comunque deciso di eliminarla e tornare alla vecchia piastra in ghisa. Ho comprato un modello a gas presso un negozio Expert e dopo nemmeno due anni si rompe il bruciatore, da tenere presente che quando non veniva utilizzato il barbecue è sempre stato messo a riparo da intemperie e pulito, contatto l'azienda e mi dicono che loro non posso fornirmi pezzi di ricambio ma che avrei dovuto comprarlo nei vari brico o Leroy o expert della mia zona, mi reco da loro e mi dicono che non hanno pezzi di ricambio. Ricontatto Ompagrill e mi dicono di mandare una mail, giro tutte le info, modello, foto del pezzo rotto, provincia di appartenenza e posto dove l'ho comprato e niente nessuna risposta, li ricontatto di nuovo telefonicamente e mi richiedono la stessa mail già inviata una volta... Mi risponde una certa sig.ra con alquanto poca gentilezza chiede di fornirle la mia provincia, al ché le faccio presente che le mail precedenti non le ha mai lette visto che li é riportato tutto ciò che mi hanno chiesto telefonicamente, da quel momento silenzio assoluto.... Ad Agosto ho avuto un problema, scartati tutti i difetti di tubo, riduttore e bombola ho deciso, un pò pessimista, di contattarli telefonicamente. Mi hanno passato un tecnico che mi ha ascoltato, mi ha chiesto alcune informazioni, poi mi ha spiegato le prove da fare per risolvere la cosa. Secondo lui però il difetto non era il barbeque. Era talmente convinto della cosa che, dopo aver fatto le prove consigliate, ho deciso di cambiare per la seconda volta il riduttore (che tutti mi avevano detto essere sempre perfetti.....). Ebbene ora il barbeque FUNZIONA PERFETTAMENTE. In pratica mi sono capitati 2 riduttori difettosi. se non fosse stato per la gentilezza e la pazienza con cui quel tecnico (che mi ha pure lasciato il suo numero diretto) mi ha spiegato la sua versione della situazione, ora sarei da capo.
