★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per modificare il piano in marmo della cucina dove è incassato il lavello. Si sono rifiutati di effettuare il sopralluogo (a pagamento) nonostante io abiti a meno da 1km dalla loro sede. Mi è stato ripetuto che avrei dovuto portare il marmo direttamente da loro in sede e poi valutare. Immagino che se avessi chiesto di rifare la cucina nuova sarebbero stati certamente più disponibili. Semplicemente scandalosi nell'assistenza ai clienti. Mai più.
I called them to modify the marble top of the kitchen where the sink is built-in. They refused to carry out the inspection (for a fee) despite the fact that I live less than 1km from their headquarters. It was repeated to me that I would have to bring the marble directly to them on site and then evaluate. I guess if I had asked to redo the new kitchen they would certainly have been more helpful. Simply scandalous in customer service. Never again.

Good value for money, and very beautiful and refined materials. I turned to them for the internal and external windowsills of the house. The assistance was also very much appreciated as they are very helpful.
