Purtroppo il costruttore dell'alloggio non aveva piu questo documento. Mi sono rivolto a Ometto nella speranza che potesse darmi una mano nel risolvere il problema visto che l'impianto era stato realizzato da loro! Mi dicono, in modo anche sgarbato, che non possono certificare questo impianto che, aggiungo io, hanno realizzato loro! Ho tutte le loro certificazioni del tempo e mi mancava solo il disegno. Ero ovviamente disposto a pagare il dovuto pur di risolvere il problema ma nulla. Non mi hanno nemmeno suggerito una strada alternativa! Complimenti, aver paura di certificare un vostro impianto è davvero un bel segnale!! I bought a house built 15 years ago. I turned to Ometto in the hope that he could help me solve the problem since the system had been built by them! They tell me, even rudely, that they cannot certify this plant which, I might add, they made! I have all their certifications of the time and I was just missing the drawing. I was obviously willing to pay what was due to solve the problem but nothing. They didn't even suggest an alternative route! Congratulations, being afraid to certify your system is a really good sign !!

Disperata ho chiamato un paio di altri tecnici di Bra, spiegando il problema, e Ometto si è distinto in prontezza, comprensione della situazione di disagio in cui ci trovavamo, e professionalità, oltre alla cortesia, gentilezza e celerità nelle comunicazioni telefoniche e scritte. Davvero se ne trovano poche di aziende competenti e rispettose delle esigenze reali dei clienti. Un grazie al tecnico loro dipendente che ha tentato di aggiustarmela prima di farmi spendere per l'acquisto di una caldaia nuova, e qui si dimostra la loro onestà e correttezza. There are really few companies that are competent and respectful of the real needs of customers. Thanks to their technical employee who tried to fix it before making me spend on the purchase of a new boiler, and here their honesty and fairness are demonstrated.
