E	Elisabetta di Fidio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In aprile mi hanno fatto aspettare 2 settimane per mandarmi un tecnico per un intervento di 10 minuti, adesso di nuovo, per una settimana ho chiamato tutti i giorni e non mi hanno mandato il tecnico, io sono a casa al freddo che non partono i termosifoni. Li ho chiamati tutta la settimana con le buone e oggi mi sono incazzata e mi sono imbattuta in una signora che non si è ben capito che ruolo abbia li e che competenze abbia. Poi mettono tutti giù il telefono e non rispondono. Gli chiedi i dati di un intervento fatto in precedenza e non rispondono e mettono giù. Uno più incompetente dell’altro. Dei maleducati impertinenti. Nessuno in grado di mandare un tecnico e tanto meno di dare delle risposte al telefono. Premetto che queste persone sono pagate e quindi dovrebbero solo fare il loro lavoro. Per fortuna che ci sono altre ditte più serie. Io non li conoscevo così mi sono infromata. Prezzi onestissimi. Le tempistiche di intervento variano in base all'urgenza. Intervengono immediatamente se sei al freddo mentre aspetti un po' se l'intervento riguarda problemi idrici. L'ufficio filtra le chiamate e si prende tutti i tuoi dati. Personale preparato, grazie,. Inizialmente ci siamo rivolti a loro per cercare di risolvere un problema che altri 4 tecnici non erano mai riusciti. Il sig. Bertello ha trovato subito la soluzione senza farci cambiare pezzi costosi come volevano farci sostituire altri tecnici. Il personale che risponde al telefono é gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere alle richieste. Quando le richieste superano le competenze ti fanno parlare con un tecnico. Il personale che svolge gli interventi é preparatissimo ma soprattutto educato e lascia sempre pulito quando ha terminato il lavoro (cosa non così scontata purtroppo). Intervengono per ordine di priorità quindi se hai con loro un contratto di manutenzione passi in maniera prioritaria. Se invece sei un cliente saltuario ti fanno passare in base alla disponibilità dei tecnici. Questo garantisce a chi ha un contratto maggiore serietà. Davvero soddisfatta! They intervene by order of priority so if you have a maintenance contract with them, you must pass priority. If instead you are an occasional customer they make you pass according to the availability of the technicians. This guarantees to those who have a contract more seriousness. Really satisfied!

Telefonavo e senza spiegazione ed aiuto mi rimbalzavano alla segretarie che fa da "capro espiatorio". Sono impazzito a cercare altri per assistenza perdendo un sacco di tempo!!! MEGLIO LASCIAR STARE.... PER IL FUTURO!! After years of assistance to my condominium they left me on foot when I needed a spare.
