Mai speso così tanti soldi (160€, con uno sconto di 30 euro, altrimenti sarebbe venuto a costare €190) così male. Ho fatto le schiariture, un trattamento ristrutturante, il taglio e la piega.
Ho i capelli ricci, ho chiesto una piega riccia che è venuta talmente male che mi hanno proposto di lavare i capelli e di asciugarli da me, in modo da fare vedere a loro come li asciugavo.
Per non parlare dello shampoo durato 30 secondi con una manualità scarsissima.
Veramente delusa!
It was a tragic experience.
Never spent so much money (€ 160, with a discount of € 30, otherwise it would have cost € 190) so badly. I did the lightening, a restructuring treatment, the cut and the fold.
I have curly hair, I asked for a curly hair that came so badly that I was asked to wash my hair and dry it myself so that I could see how I dried it.
Not to mention the shampoo lasting 30 seconds with very little manual skills.
Really disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado da Beatrice ormai da anni, e prima che aprisse a Montichiari andavo anche a Castel Goffredo; Omar e il suo staff sono professionisti straordinari, capaci di ascoltare le tue esigenze e consigliarti al meglio; Beatrice e Veronica mi seguono ormai da parecchio tempo, e oltre a fidarmi ciecamente dei loro consigli non c'è stata una volta che io sia uscita dal salone poco soddisfatta. Un ulteriore plauso a loro favore è che in questa emergenza Covid si attengono scrupolosamente ai protocolli di sicurezza, pertanto oltre alla soddisfazione di avere sempre capelli perfetti c'è anche il grande senso di sicurezza che mi trasmettono con la loro straordinaria organizzazione! Grazie ragazze, siete sempre il meglio <3
I've been going to Beatrice's for years now, and before it opened in Montichiari I also went to Castel Goffredo; Omar and his staff are extraordinary professionals, capable of listening to your needs and giving you the best advice; Beatrice and Veronica have been following me for a long time now, and besides trusting their advice blindly, there hasn't been a time when I left the salon unsatisfied. A further applause in their favor is that in this Covid emergency they scrupulously adhere to safety protocols, therefore in addition to the satisfaction of always having perfect hair there is also the great sense of security that they transmit to me with their extraordinary organization! Thanks girls, you are always the best <3

Oltre ad essere preparata e sempre aggiornata, sa consigliare al meglio, capisce cosa piace alla cliente e cosa meglio si addice in base alla forma del viso ed ai colori delle pelle.
