Acquistate scarpe dal valore di 475€,usate per mezz’ora e mi sono ritrovato la suola dietro rotta , la responsabile in tutto ciò mi ha detto che probabilmente non mi sarebbero state cambiate , morale della favola è da quasi 3 settimane che le scarpe le hanno ancora loro e non mi hanno aggiornato di niente, prima di mettere una recensione positiva aspetterò il reso / rimborso.
Really unprofessional experience from a store of a certain level!
Buy shoes worth € 475, used for half an hour and I found the sole behind broken, the responsible in all this told me that probably I would not have been changed, the moral of the story has been for almost 3 weeks that the shoes they still have them and they haven't updated me about anything, I'll wait for a return / refund before putting a positive review.
