Ho fornito l’indirizzo di un negozio che uso generalmente per ricevere spedizioni, che purtroppo ha prolungato le ferie. Ho chiesto al negozio di poter riavere i soldi dell’olio che loro riceveranno indietro (poichè altrimenti devo pagare 14€ per una nuova spedizione oppure circa 2€ al giorno per la giacenza) e si sono rifiutati. Pur non chiedendo, ovviamente, il rimborso dei costi di spedizione, mi è stato ribadito che l’olio non mi parebbe stato rimborsato, poichè:”che ne so io se intanto è stato al sole, non è um mio errore”. Knowing the product (not the subject of my review), I purchased it online. I provided the address of a shop that I generally use to receive shipments, which unfortunately has extended the holidays. I asked the shop to be able to get the money back for the oil that they will receive back (as otherwise I have to pay € 14 for a new shipment or about € 2 per day for storage) and they refused. While obviously not asking for reimbursement of shipping costs, I was reiterated that the oil would not seem to be reimbursed, as: "What do I know if it has been in the sun in the meantime, it's not my mistake".
