★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo affermare che hanno dei mobili molto belli che abbiamo acquistato da loro subito. Siamo riusciti a ricevere il tutto dopo quattro mesi, quattro tentativi di consegna e reiterate telefonate per cercare di avere informazioni chiare e precise. Un tavolo e otto sedie che per ben tre volte sono arrivate con difetti. Consiglio il prodotto ma a chi non ha problemi di ansia e fretta.
Struttura che deve certamente rivedere la sua organizzazione dall'immediato post vendita alla consegna. Si rischia di perdere la pazienza.
 I have to say they have very nice furniture which we bought from them right away. We managed to receive everything after four months, four delivery attempts and repeated phone calls to try to have clear and precise information. A table and eight chairs that three times arrived with defects. I recommend the product but to those who do not have problems of anxiety and haste.
Structure that must certainly review its organization from immediate post-sale to delivery. You risk losing patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel negozio, abbiamo acquistato svariate cose qui, tavolo, sedia, mobile TV, tutto molto bello e di buona qualità, prezzi alti ma lo stile di paga. Non proprio soddisfatto del servizio post vendita interpellato 2 volte.
Lo consiglio.
In the shop, we bought various things here, table, chair, TV cabinet, all very nice and good quality, high prices but pay style. Not really satisfied with the after-sales service asked twice.
I advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un tavolo con 6 sedie a fine agosto, abbiamo dato l'acconto di ben 800 euro con consegna a metà ottobre e ancora a dicembre lo devono consegnare. Abbiamo fatto tante telefonate e anche visite in negozio ma ancora nulla. Speriamo di avere il tavolo per Natale, altrimenti ci toccherà andare al ristorante.
We bought a table with 6 chairs at the end of August, we gave the deposit of 800 euros with delivery in mid-October and they still have to deliver it in December. We have made many phone calls and even shop visits but still nothing. We hope to have the table for Christmas, otherwise we'll have to go to the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio clienti è da migliorare alla grande.. tavolo ordinato a gennaio, e ci dicono che ci vorranno 2 mesi per la consegna.
Dopo due mesi chiamiamo, e la ragazza non sa darci delle tempistiche.
Ci dice che contatterà il reparto produzione e che ci avrebbe richiamato entro 2 giorni.
Nessuno ha mai richiamato.
Allora richiamiamo di nuovo, e stessa cantilena.
Da un’azienda che vende prodotti di fascia alta ci si aspetterebbe anche un servizio di Assistenza cliente adeguato.
Customer service needs great improvement .. table ordered in January, and we are told it will take 2 months for delivery.
After two months we call, and the girl doesn't know how to give us the timing.
He tells us that he will contact the production department and that he would call us back within 2 days.
Nobody ever called back.
Then we call again, and same chant.
From a company that sells high-end products, one would also expect an adequate customer support service.
