★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service - apparently you aren't allowed to try on shoes and walk a few steps. Ps: at least 10 other people in the store were doing the same, but i was selectively cornered in a rude manner. I was told to only stand in a small rug to try shoes on. When i asked another employee why? She said thats the rule for white soles (my shoes didn't have white soles) and that i can try a bit. The first employee then tried to defend herself when confronted that i can try, but that i walked around in the shoes for 10 mins! I only entered the shop 3 mins before even trying them on. Horrible experience. Not worth a visit... maybe they are racist?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived there just from seeing it from the road. It was my best shoping on this trip to Northen Italy. The shoes are to die for. Amazing designes and colors all in genuin lether. Prices are 10%-50% off. And yet, expect to pay 100€-300€.

But I have to say that the prices are mostly not outlet (as I understand). Anyway, my wife was really satisfied customer... (-;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve bought shoes from this factory shop many times. We’ve found that the shoes are not as well made as we expect from Italian shoes. Prices are high as you would expect from Italian shoes, especially for it being a factory shop. And the styles are quirky as Italian design can be.
The thing is...the shoes are not made in Italy. Italian made products always display the Made in Italy sign. That’s because Italian-made products are coveted for their quality, design and attention to detail. None of Olip’s products have the logo anywhere near their products.
It took us some time to figure this out and only after the shoes we’d purchased started to fall apart shortly after weeks of trying to wear them in.
So if you’re happy with quirky designs of lesser quality that Johnny Depp once wore for 5 seconds, knock yourself out. We’ve finished giving this company our money.

If you like a discreet style you are not here. Very often people stop us and ask where these shoes were bought. Shoes very comfortable very unusual very bright. We will return here again :)
