Nous avons découvert l’huile «cartamo »: très raffinée et parfaite pour accompagner des plats de viande ou des risotto! Depuis on en commande régulièrement

L'ho anche provato sulla pasta, esaltazione di sapori! Presto lo provo sulla pizza. The chili oil of Olio Palese is divine! I am a spicy lover and I found this very good oil to eat directly raw with bread. I also tried it on pasta, an exaltation of flavors! Soon I try it on pizza. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben Giancarlo in september ontmoet bij zijn bedrijf. Hij nam uitgebreid de tijd om ons alles te vertellen over de productie van zijn heerlijke olie. Onlangs hebben wij 50 liter besteld. Dit ging zeer makkelijk. Binnen een week na betaling stond de olie bij ons op de stoep, keurig verpakt, met de factuur erbij en een lieve kaart uit Salento!
We met Giancarlo in September at his company. He took the time to tell us everything about the production of his delicious oil. We recently ordered 50 liters. This went very easy. Within a week after payment, the oil was on our doorstep, neatly packed, with the invoice and a sweet card from Salento!
