Il personale (sia del centro benessere che del centro estetico) con la.sua disponibilità, cortesia e professionalita' fa senz'altro differenza. Lo consiglio. Se al posto che stelle dovessi dare voti in numeri sarebbe un dieci e lode The center is spacious (four saunas, a calidarium, a turkish bath, a Jacuzzi, various relaxation rooms) and well cared for and organized. The staff (both in the wellness center and in the beauty center) with their availability, courtesy and professionalism make a difference. I advise. Non posso commentare la struttura perché non ho usufruito di nulla ma è molto grave da parte dello staff non avvisare di questo particolare. Come donna sarei voluta essere avvisata per poter decidere se entrare o meno. Inoltre non mi hanno neanche proposto un rimborso. Sconsigliato vivamente. Per prima cosa abbiamo notato la bellissima accoglienza sia della ragazza al telefono che di quella alla reception. Dopodiché il signore che ci ha seguito per tutto il percorso è stato molto cortese ed esaustivo nell’illustrarci i rituali, si vede che lavora con passione nel suo campo e non è una cosa facile da trovare oggigiorno. La spa nel complesso è molto carina e fornita e nonostante sia naturista (per me era la prima volta) ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. Ma la cosa che credo che non dimenticherò mai è l’esperienza del massaggio con la signora Roberta .... una persona meravigliosa che ha saputo gestire molto bene i miei problemi alle spalle e sopratutto di un empatia impagabile tornerò molto presto richiedendo un massaggio con lei che secondo l’opinione di chi scrive è veramente formidabile nel suo lavoro e come persona. The spa on the whole is very nice and well equipped and despite being naturist (for me it was the first time) we immediately felt at ease. But the thing that I think I will never forget is the experience of massage with Mrs. Roberta .... a wonderful person who has been able to manage my shoulder problems very well and above all a priceless empathy I will return very soon by requesting a massage with she who in the opinion of the writer is truly formidable in her work and as a person. Si viene accolti da un signore molto gentile che cob passione spiega la giornata, gli eventi come l'aufguss, lo scrub, ecc. È un centro storico, degli anni 60,che comunque bel complesso è ben tenuto, pulito e ben organizzato. Stupendi gli aufguss, bravissimi i meister! Molto molto brave e delicate le massaggiatrici. A pleasant surprise but premise: it is a naturist SPA. Intimate atmosphere, it looks more like an exclusive club. You are greeted by a very kind gentleman who passionately explains the day, events such as the aufguss, the scrub, etc. It is a historic center, from the 60s, which however is a nice complex, well kept, clean and well organized. Beautiful aufguss, very good meisters! The masseuses are very very good and delicate.
