Hi una garanzia di 20 anni ma mi fanno pagare le cose che si rompono, adistanza di 2 mesi si Sn rotti l involucri dei filtri e perdita di acqua tutte le volte che fanno cambio filtri c e sempre una perdita da l indomani e poi passano settimane x ritornare. Io l ho acquistato di migliore qualità su Amazon a 14 euro.... .... Una garanzia fantasma, e mi hanno convinto a comprare il Migliore..... Dicevano loro perché montava tutti componenti Samsung..... Risultato.... Il peggior acquisto della mia vita, e ancora meno serio é il fatto che eliminano i commenti negativi su Facebook.... E nemmeno rispondono alle critiche.... Un azienda seria non si comporta così.....dopo tempo ho fatto aprire e verificare L interno del depuratore e di Samsung non montava assolutamente niente.... pure assemblato al contrario giusto per aumentare il bisogno delle Manutenzioni..... rivolgetevi a gente seria, perché per avere un buon depuratore non serve spendere 1000€!!!!!!! Grazie a loro ho sostituito tutti i filtri del depuratore che quelli che lo avevano installato mi dicevano di cambiare con uno nuovo. Ora è come nuovo funziona perfettamente e l'acqua è di ottimo sapore. La spedizione è stata rapidissima e la comunicazione con loro impeccabile. Super!!!??? Very kind and professional.
