Dopo infiniti solleciti riesco a farmi portare tutto, hanno lasciato solo un magazziniere per montare tutto e alcune cose me le sono dovute sistemare io, alcuni mobili sono già rovinati, tutti i cartoni e plastiche di scarto vengono lasciati a casa quindi devi occupartene personalmente a strapparli e fare in modo che gli spazzini possano prender la roba. E per finire mi hanno portato i mobili senza maniglie… Bad service throughout I waited 4 months with constant postponements of the delivery date and teasing. After endless reminders I manage to get everything to be brought to me, they only left a warehouse worker to assemble everything and some things I had to fix myself, some of the furniture is already ruined, all the cardboard and waste plastics are left at home so you have to take care of them personally and tear them up. and make sure that the scavengers can get the stuff. Ad oggi dopo 2 anni, dopo innumerevoli telefonate, dopo tante rassicurazioni ricevute , la mia cucina è ancora completa. mai più I was happy with the price and the advice I received for the new kitchen, but unfortunately a piece was missing at the time of assembly and the top was wrong. To date, after 2 years, after countless phone calls, after many reassurances received, my kitchen is still complete. never again
S	Sandro Carlino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato dei mobili nuovi ma siccome a loro dire il fornitore non sta consegnando hanno pensato bene di consegnare mobili da esposizione rigorosamente ammaccati. Sconsiglio vivamente sia per la professionalità che per le prese in giro. Spero solo che riescano a risolvere il problema altrimenti dovrò agire legalmente. I bought some new furniture but as they say the supplier is not delivering they have seen fit to deliver rigorously dented display furniture. I strongly advise against both professionalism and teasing. I just hope they can solve the problem or else I'll have to take legal action.
P	Paolo Peluso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina pagata 4.300€ dopo nemmeno un anno la lavastoviglie è caduta , perché fissata con 2 vite sul un top di materiale scadente , visto che dopo che è venuto un tecnico a sistemare è successo ancora una volta … stessa cosa con l’Anta del frigo devo tenerla staccata dal freezer perché appena la monto il freezer dopo nemmeno 3 giorni si riempie di ghiaccio , anche qui e venuto il tecnico candy e ha detto che è un problema dell’amata che non è attaccata bene , poi altro tecnico della cucina e hanno detto che quelle vengono fatte di fabbrica così , fatto sta che dopo 2 anni ho la cucina che cade a pezzi .. pensavo di essermi rivolto ai migliori per non avere problemi e invece meglio andare a mondo convenienza visto che la qualità e simile … deluso è a dir poco … Kitchen paid € 4,300 after less than a year the dishwasher fell, because it was fixed with 2 screws on a top of poor material, since after a technician came to fix it happened again ... same thing with the fridge door I have to keep it detached from the freezer because as soon as I mount it the freezer fills with ice after less than 3 days, here too the candy technician came and said that it is a problem with the beloved who is not attached well, then another kitchen technician and they said that those are made in the factory like this, the fact is that after 2 years my kitchen is falling apart ..
