The competitive prices hide a bad service and non-existent assistance .. after 2 years from the assembly of the kitchen due to the succession of errors and delays on the part of the company, I was forced to collect the missing pieces on site to assemble them independently ..

La mia richiesta è partita un anno fa accompagnata dal pagamento di un acconto ma l'anta sostitutiva, per ben due volte, mi è stata consegnata sbagliata !!! La cosa piu' sconcertante è a mio parere l'atteggiamento di tutte le persone con cui mi sono interfacciata: ognuna sa solo scaricare sull'altra la propria responsabilità. Aspettiamo la risposta all'ultima pec......che storia infinita! Bad experience. Per non parlare che per uno specchio che avevano sbagliato LORO ho dovuto chiamare in azienda più di qualche volta. Addirittura riescono a far passare i clienti da " falsi" , pur di vincerla sempre loro. Mai più! I would have even put zero stars, especially for the staff. Not very reliable and zero seriousness! Not to mention that I had to call the company more than a few times for a mirror they had made a mistake. They even manage to pass customers off as "fake", in order to always win it. Never again!

Ho acquistato una camera da letto con testata in pelle e dopo 4 anni sono incominciate a formarsi bolle. Quindi non era pelle bensì materiale plastico scadente. Non mi hanno mai risposto alle email e telefonicamente sono stati scortesi sempre. Non avrò più che fare con loro per la scarsa serietà. Voto una Stella ma non meritano neanche una. Sconsiglio vivamente. Really baffling the way they treat customers. I bought a bedroom with a leather headboard and after 4 years, bubbles started to form. So it was not leather but poor plastic material. They never replied to my emails and were always rude over the phone. I will no longer have to deal with them because of their lack of seriousness. I rate a star but they don't deserve even one. I strongly advise against.

Non pensavamo mai di trovare due ampi showroom con numerose proposte per qualsiasi esigenza. La scelta tra i vari marchi famosi continua poi sui cataloghi con infinite possibilità di personalizzazione. La gentile Signora che ci ha guidato si è dimostrata accogliente, preparata e decisamente professionale. Assolutamente concorrenziali infine i prezzi. After making an appointment by phone, we went to Albanese Arredamenti to continue furnishing our home. We never thought of finding two large showrooms with numerous proposals for any need. The choice between the various famous brands then continues on the catalogs with infinite customization possibilities. The kind lady who guided us proved to be welcoming, prepared and very professional. Finally, the prices are absolutely competitive.
