I proprietari sono estremamente cordiali, e particolarmente innamorati del proprio lavoro. Si sono messi a disposizione anche per farmi degustare dell'ottimo olio "appena fatto".
Che dire..? SQUISITO !
Ottimo anche lo store online dove si possono acquistare i prodotti.
I visited this mill last month, in full production of the new Extra Virgin Olive oil.
The owners are extremely friendly, and particularly in love with their job. They also made themselves available to let me taste some excellent "freshly made" oil.
What to say..? EXQUISITE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale carino e gentilissimo! Gli assaggi di olio fantastici, uniti all esperienza delle signore, che sanno perfettamente descrivere i prodotti.
Idee moooolto carine per fare dei regali....alla fine...ho preso 3 trulli, 2 bottiglie di olio e un limonolio ( tra l altro un sapore buonissimo).
Dopo 5 min ci siamo sentiti di non aver acquistato di più.
Qualità prezzo .....super !!!!
Se dovessi tornare sarà sicuramente da riandare !
Nice and very kind staff! The fantastic oil tastings, combined with the experience of the ladies, who know perfectly how to describe the products.
Sooooo nice ideas to give gifts .... in the end ... I got 3 trulli, 2 bottles of oil and a lemon oil (among other things, a very good taste).
After 5 min we felt we hadn't bought more.
Price quality ..... super !!!!
If I come back it will definitely be worth visiting again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra le varie escursioni nell entroterra barese. Sul ritorno da Matera avevamo idea di visitare un oleificio locale. Ci siamo imbattuti nei cartelli stradali e siamo scesi all oleificio. Il personale molto cortese e con grande passione ci ha fatto visitare il laboratorio e spiegate le filosofie della loro produzione. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i modi e la degustazione. Olio veramente squisito. Consigliato vivamente
Among the various excursions in the Bari hinterland. On the way back from Matera we had the idea of visiting a local oil mill. We came across the road signs and went down to the oil mill. The very courteous and passionate staff made us visit the laboratory and explain the philosophies of their production. We really enjoyed the ways and the tasting. Really delicious oil. Highly recommended

Very short but very profitable stop. Owner / manager still enthusiastic about his generational work after many years of daily commitment. Rare. Very welcome oil tasting. Bought tasty "souvenirs" for friends.
