★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo frantoio l'olio si fa ancora in maniera tradizionale cioè col metodo di spremitura a freddo. Il prodotto rimane integro di tutte quelle caratteristiche che lo rendono autentico. Veramente unico. È da provare.
In this mill the oil is still made in the traditional way, that is with the cold pressing method. The product remains intact of all those characteristics that make it authentic. Truly unique. It's a must try.

I bought and tasted the oil from this oil mill and it is really good in taste and smell. Without annoying acidity or "pinching" aftertaste, it goes well with any dish. Before it is completely finished, I will order another pack.
