★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver gustato l’olio extravergine d’oliva di Pappaterra,chiunque riuscirà a capire la differenza tra questo ed i vari intrugli che si trovano sui banchi del supermercato,buoni tutt’al più ad essere usati come olio per la macchina,sebbene sulla bottiglia compaia la scritta ‘extravergine ‘!
Il prodotto industriale prodotto su larga scala in questo caso è deleterio per salvaguardare la fragranza e le proprietà organolettiche di un re della nostra filiera alimentare italiana quale l’olio extravergine
