★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo dedicato una domenica in famiglia a raccogliere olive e le abbiamo portate all'oleificio Mio. Sono stati inadeguati nel consigliarci cosa fare: hanno aggiunto ai nostri 50 chili di ulive altri cento chili che ci hanno venduto e alla fine ne hanno ricavato solo 10 litri di olio (da 150 chili di olive) facendoci spendere molto piu di quanto avremmo speso per comprare l'olio gia' pronto, risparmiando la fatica di raccogliere e trasportare le nostre olive. Gli imprenditori seri devono anche sapere consiglliare i propri clienti, evitando di spremerli insieme alle olive.
we dedicated a Sunday in the family to picking olives and we brought them to the Mio oil mill. They were inadequate in advising us what to do: they added to our 50 kilos of olives another hundred kilos that they sold us and in the end they obtained only 10 liters of oil (from 150 kilos of olives) making us spend much more than we would have spent to buy the oil already ready, saving the effort of collecting and transporting our olives. Serious entrepreneurs must also be able to advise their customers, avoiding to squeeze them together with olives.
