★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un frantoio (ma a Biccari viene comunemente chiamato "trappeto" o meglio "trappit") collocato nella zona bassa del paese denominata "Porta Pozzi" (port ou puzz), dotato di macchinari abbastanza recenti per la molitura a freddo delle olive prodotte nella circostante campagna biccarese. Da qualche anno è condotto con passione da un giovane e volenteroso frantoiano (trapptar). Qui è possibile portare le proprie olive e nel giro di qualche ora vederle trasformate nell'ottimo e rinomato olio di Biccari.
An oil mill (but in Biccari it is commonly called "trappeto" or better "trappit") located in the lower area of the town called "Porta Pozzi" (port ou puzz), equipped with fairly recent machinery for the cold pressing of the olives produced in the surrounding area Biccarese countryside. For some years it has been led with passion by a young and willing oil miller (trapptar). Here you can bring your own olives and within a few hours see them transformed into the excellent and renowned Biccari oil.
