★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olio IGP locale, olive raccolte e spremute con la spremitura a freddo nel frantoio del mitico Giancarlo Giannini un vero Signore dal modo di fare molto umile a lui e la sua famiglia va la mia assoluta stima per la cura produzione e l'analisi periodica sia del terreno che del olio durante la stagione.
Un caro saluto da Vienna speriamo di tornare presto per poter degustare ed acquistare l'olio più buono che abbiamo assaggiato in Toscana!
Local IGP oil, olives harvested and cold pressed in the mill of the legendary Giancarlo Giannini a true Lord with a very humble way of doing to him and his family goes my absolute esteem for the careful production and periodic analysis of both the soil and oil during the season.
Greetings from Vienna we hope to return soon to be able to taste and buy the best oil we tasted in Tuscany!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad agosto mi trovavo in Toscana per una vacanza ed ho deciso di acquistare dell'olio. Ammetto che non sia la stagione migliore per farlo ma quello del Sig. Giannini mi ha sbalordito. Il profumo e il gusto erano così intensi e buoni che dopo due giorni (prima di partire) ho deciso di tornarci per comprarne altre 2 latte.
Non posso assicurare che per le prossime stagioni abbia un risultato altrettanto buono, ma credo che la loro conoscenza del prodotto li porterà sempre ad avere un olio di ottima qualità.
In August I was in Tuscany for a vacation and I decided to buy some oil. I admit that it is not the best season to do it but that of Mr. Giannini amazed me. The aroma and taste were so intense and good that after two days (before leaving) I decided to go back to buy 2 more cans.
I cannot guarantee that for the next few seasons it will have an equally good result, but I believe that their knowledge of the product will always lead them to have an excellent quality oil.

Estrema gentilezza, disponibilità a trovare l'appuntamento più comodo possibile, e velocità nel servizio. Grande pulizia del frantoio, assolutamente fondamentale. Non ultimo producono la Birra San Girolamo, buonissima in tutte le sue varianti. Complimenti a tutti (e grazie Lorenzo!)
Excellent oil mill, with great professionalism of all employees, both those involved in the treatment of olives and oil, and the ladies of the office. Extreme kindness, willingness to find the most comfortable appointment possible, and speed in the service. Great cleaning of the crusher, absolutely essential. Last but not least they produce the Birra San Girolamo, very good in all its variations. Congratulations to everyone (and thanks Lorenzo!)
