★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'oleificio di trova all'inizio della strada per Venarotta. È un'azienda a conduzione prevalentemente familiare, adeguatamente organizzata e rispetta gli orari stabiliti. La lavorazione delle olive avviene con il metodo continuo a freddo. È stato dismesso il vecchio metodo tradizionale con le presse. L'olio ottenuto con questo metodo è ottimo.
The oil mill is located at the beginning of the road to Venarotta. It is a mainly family-run business, adequately organized and respects established timetables. The processing of the olives takes place with the continuous cold method. The old traditional method with presses has been abandoned. The oil obtained with this method is excellent.

Durante la lavorazione, c'è stato un evidente inconveniente, alla centrifuga penso, dopo diversi minuti tra l'amerggiare dell'operatore e del titolare e la curiosità dei clienti (parecchi senza mascherina) ho raccimolato 9 kg di olio. Quantità veramente esigua e inverosimile. Ho pagato 20 euro (prezzo arrotondato per eccesso), nella noncuranza dei gestori.
