L'azienda agricola è una bellissima realtà della produzione artigianale abruzzese. La gestione familiare caratterizza fortemente l'azienda, l'entusiasmo e la passione dei titolari si traduce in olii (dal biologico all'aromatizzato) di elevata qualità. E	Engin Sencan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hervorragendes Olivenöl! Ich verwende beim Kochen ausschließlich Olivenöl und benutze seitdem ich das Olivenöl von OlioMonaco kenne kein anderes Olivenöl mehr. Das Olivenöl ist das Beste, dass ich je probiert habe. Die Qualität ist hervorragend ebenso gibt es sehr viele verschiedene Sorten unterschiedlicher Intensität. Besonders empfehlen kann ich auch die Olivenöle, die auf natürliche Weise aromatisiert werden wie zb. Basilikum - ideal für Bruschetta oder auch Limone, welches hervorragend zu Fischgerichten passt. Wer ebenfalls hohen Wert auf Qualität und Geschmack legt sollte unbedingt dieses Olivenöl probieren! Saluti dalla Germania! Excellent olive oil! I only use olive oil in my cooking and have not used any other olive oil since OlioMonaco. The olive oil is the best I've ever tried. The quality is excellent and there are many different varieties of different intensity. I can particularly recommend the olive oils, which are flavored in a natural way, such as Basil - ideal for bruschetta or lime, which goes well with fish dishes. Simona und Mauro leisten tolle Arbeit und respektieren dabei die Umwelt, wie sonst nur wenige Olivenölfarmen in Italien. Sie haben ihre eigene kleine Ölmühle und füllen alles selbst ab, also alles aus einer Hand. Die meisten Öle sind ungefiltert, ein Öl wird mit Cellulose gefiltert, also keine Gelatine oder ähnliches. Geschmacklich sind alle Öle absolut top und so nicht im Supermarkt zu finden. Sehr unterstützenswert! While looking for organic olive oil, we came across Monaco and were able to spontaneously stop by for a tasting. Simona and Mauro do a great job and respect the environment like few olive oil farms in Italy. They have their own small oil mill and bottle everything themselves, so everything from a single source. Most oils are unfiltered, one oil is filtered with cellulose, so no gelatin or the like. In terms of taste, all oils are absolutely great and cannot be found in the supermarket. Very worthy of support!
