In particolare con la signorina Eliana che è stata molto molto educata.
I really wanted to compliment an exceptional oil purchased from olearia Clemente have been their client for a long time and I must say that both the treatment for us and the oil itself is truly exceptional, I would like to congratulate all the staff again.

Fin dal primo contatto telefonico con la Sig.ra Eliana si è gratificati da un'accoglienza improntata all'educazione e gentilezza. In famiglia abbiamo deciso di acquistare l'olio Extravergine di Oliva 100% Italiano di questa Azienda ben pubblicizzata su internet. Come primo acquisto mi sono consigliato con la Sig.ra Eliana ed ho optato per il Bundle Extravergine 100% Olio Italiano: Le Tre Regine: Latta LT 5 Zagare, Latta LT5 Masserie, Latta LT3 Biologico.
Ordine di Giovedì 30-07-2020 la sera ore 17,30.
Ho ricevuto la merce in contrassegno stamani 03-08-2020 Lunedi ore 12,37 perfettamente imballata!
In famiglia abbiamo assaggiato i tre prodotti e devo dire che per la squisitezza, profumo, caratteristiche organolettiche eccellenti e genuinità, abbiamo soltanto l'imbarazzo della scelta!

I would like to highly recommend Olearia Clemente.
From the first telephone contact with Mrs. Eliana, one was gratified by a welcome marked by education and kindness. As a family, we decided to buy 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil from this well advertised company on the internet. As a first purchase I advised myself with Ms Eliana and I opted for the 100% Italian Oil Extra Virgin Bundle: Le Tre Regine: 5 Zagare LT can, Masserie LT5 can, Organic LT3 can.
Order of Thursday 30-07-2020 in the evening at 17.30.
I received the goods on delivery this morning 03-08-2020 Monday 12.37 pm perfectly packaged!
As a family we tasted the three products and I must say that for the delicacy, aroma, excellent organoleptic characteristics and genuineness, we are spoiled for choice!
Thanks to Mrs. Eliana and all the beautiful Clemente family!

Ho ordinato due lattine da 5 litri di olio novello Le Zagare, mi sono invece arrivate due dame da 3 litri di olio novello; fatte le mie rimostranze mi rimborsano tramite pay pal la differenza di prezzo; ma non finisce qui! Perché avendo pagato io con carta di credito non agganciata a PayPal (che non utilizzo da decenni perché è un sistema antiquato e esoso) il rimborso non è stato riaccreditato sulla carta ma sul conto che non uso.. e per giunta con le commissioni di €1,20 a mio carico..
..poi dicono che non bisogna comprare su Amazon che seppellirà tutti perché ha una efficienza che gli altri si sognano.

One star is too much! I ordered two 5-liter cans of Le Zagare new oil, instead I received two 3-liter ladies of new oil; having made my complaints, they refund me the price difference via pay pal; but it doesn't stop there! Because having paid with a credit card not linked to PayPal (which I have not used for decades because it is an outdated and expensive system), the refund was not credited back to the card but to the account that I do not use ... and moreover with the € commissions. 1.20 at my expense.
..then they say that you shouldn't buy on Amazon which will bury everyone because it has an efficiency that others dream of.
