I am a dated customer I had the chance to taste for the first time the Antonacci oil specifically the organic peranzana a few years ago, and I will not change easily.

Per non parlare del contesto geografico, dei muretti a secco e degli olivi centenari, delle rocce bianche e dei fiori di campo... Parlavo di igiene... vi assicuro que nelle ore che ho trascorso li, i ragazzi (è un impresa familiare quindi sono i figli del proprietario che lavorano e gestiscono il frantoio) hanno lavorato centinaia e centinaia di quintali di olive senza fermarsi un solo momento pero l'area di produzione è rimasta sempre estremamente pulita! Se mi sono preso il tempo di scrivere questa recensione è perchè mi hanno letteralmente conquistato e grazie a loro ho smesso di andare per frantoi. L'olio Antonacci rispecchia tutta la cura che queste persone hanno per la propria terra! Visiting the oil mill was very reassuring! I have seen various mills working throughout southern Italy but never with the same professionalism and hygiene! Not to mention the geographical context, the dry stone walls and the centenary olive trees, the white rocks and the wild flowers ... I was talking about hygiene ... I assure you that in the hours I spent there, the boys (it is a family business so it is the owner's children who work and manage the mill) have worked hundreds and hundreds of tons of olives without stopping for a single moment however the production area has always remained extremely clean! If I took the time to write this review it is because they literally won me over and thanks to them I stopped going to mills. Antonacci oil reflects all the care these people have for their land!

Ne ho provati tanti ma qui posso dire di fermarmi perché ho trovato veramente un olio superiore non descrivibile perché non sono un intenditore ma sicuramente da provare senza esitazioni. Poi con le offerte che hanno ancora più conveniente. Non ultimo il servizio di spedizione velocissimo e imballaggio veramente accurato. Non mi resta che farvi i complimenti e dirvi di continuare così. Truly excellent personal shopping experience. I bought from them the "Classico" and the organic "Peranzana".
