G	Giuseppe Puca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ accoglienza zero in pieno covid-19 e' stato richiesto la pulizia del tavolo da residui lasciato dalle.persone precedenti...si riceve risposta dovete aspettare una decina di minuti...pulito alla meglio da noi per no deludere i bambini .... ma la ciliegina è stata quando il bambino alla fine della serata ha richiesto una maschera data pochi istanti prima ad altri due bambini di altro tavolo ricevendo una risposta non la possiamo dare a tutti...mi dispiace di aver speso + di €50 on questo locale ricevendo scortesie e disservizi...senza un minimo di controllo anche al Green pass. zero reception in full covid-19 it was requested to clean the table from residues left by the previous people ... you receive an answer you have to wait about ten minutes ... clean at best by us so as not to disappoint the children .... but the icing was when the child at the end of the evening requested a mask given a few moments before to two other children from another table, receiving an answer we cannot give it to everyone ... Capisco che è un locale frequentato anche da bambini, ma l'immagine è tutto quello che dovete mantenere x avere clientela. Abbiamo ordinato due chicken creek menù grandi e ci sono arrivati 2 panini minuscoli completamente vuoti! 1 fettina di petto di pollo max 20 grammi , 2 foglie di insalata e 1 fetta di bacon anche crudo. Sono andato in cassa a chiedere spiegazioni in quanto pensavo che il petto di pollo non c'era talmente che era piccolo! E mi viene risposto " questo è". Morale della favola sono uscito e sono andato a mangiare una pizza. 20€ buttati per mangiarmi pane e insalata. NON ANDATE COMPLETAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!!! I went to dinner last night with my girlfriend. We ordered two large chicken creek menus and got 2 completely empty tiny sandwiches! 1 slice of chicken breast max 20 grams, 2 salad leaves and 1 slice of bacon, even raw. I went to the cashier to ask for an explanation as I thought the chicken breast wasn't there so much that it was small! And I'm told "this is it". Moral of the story I went out and went to eat a pizza. € 20 thrown away to eat bread and salad. DO NOT GO TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

Ho provato a farmala cambiare ma sono stato costretto a ricomprarla nonostante il disagio da loro creato. Il panino disgustoso e secco, quasi vuoto con l'insalata che sembrava cartone ed ingredienti mancanti. Volevamo le patatine con la buccia ed erano finite alle 9 di sera. Una cosa scandalosa per un fast food. Prezzi stellari per cibo troppo mediocre oltre che povero di ingredienti. Mai visto in vita mia un fast food che riduce le porzioni . Zero reception. The coke tasted like tonic water. I tried to make it change but I was forced to buy it back despite the inconvenience they created. The disgusting dry, almost empty sandwich with the salad that looked like cardboard and missing ingredients. We wanted the fries in their skins and they were finished at 9pm. A scandalous thing for a fast food restaurant. Stellar prices for food that is too mediocre as well as poor in ingredients. Never in my life seen a fast food that cuts down on portions.

Gli ordini vanno fatti alla cassa e tramite un cercapersona vieni chiamato per andare a ritirare il cibo (una sorta di servizio al contrario dove non chiami il cameriere ma sei tu che vieni chiamato). Il menù differisce da quello su Internet (più limitato). Tutto questo diversamente da quello che avviene negli altri "Old Wild West" in cui sono stato, inspiegabile per una catena in franchising. Gestore alquanto scortese. Da andarci solo in caso di estrema necessità. Quite good foods, but deliberately reduced in quantity. Very questionable management. Orders must be made at the cashier and via a pager you are called to go to collect the food (a sort of reverse service where you do not call the waiter but you are called). The menu differs from the one on the Internet (more limited). All this unlike what happens in the other "Old Wild West" where I have been, inexplicable for a franchise chain. Rude manager. Excelente iluminación muy lindo el diseño del lugar! Pretende emular al lejano oeste, sin duda es más lindo jaja. Algo importantisimo en estos tiempos, excelente limpieza, los baños, como en cada, ? I had an American hamburger for lunch, very tasty, too bad we had to pay for the ketchup packet separately... the place is a ten!! Excellent lighting, very nice design of the place!
