L'ambiente caldo e accogliente, lo staff cordiale e disponibile e molto preparato, infatti dispone di un sommelier per consigliare i vini, avendo un assortimento davvero molto ampio ed un caveau riservato contenente una vasta selezione di vini e grappe. Il menù proponeva diverse pietanze e tipologie di carne in particolar modo, ma la nostra cena è stata semplice per scelta. Ad ogni modo abbiamo mangiato un hamburger americano e uno di maialino nero accompagnati da verdure: la carne di ottima qualità. Il tutto servito con degli oli particolari da scegliere a seconda del gusto personale: evo biologico, evo "fumo" ed olio al limone. Prezzi adeguati al livello del ristorante, del cibo e del servizio offerto. Torneremo senz'altro. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff and very well prepared, in fact has a sommelier to advise the wines, having a very wide assortment and a reserved vault containing a wide selection of wines and grappa. The menu offered different dishes and types of meat in particular, but our dinner was simple by choice. In any case, we ate an American burger and a black piglet accompanied by vegetables: the meat of excellent quality. All served with special oils to choose according to personal taste: organic evo, evo "smoke" and lemon oil. Prices adjusted to the level of the restaurant, food and service offered. We will definitely come back.

Il cibo è ottimo, una vera delizia dall antipasto al dolce, per non parlare del vino, una vasta selezione per tutti i gusti e tasche. La professionalità e disponibilità dello staff è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza. Il posto è pulito e innovativo, inoltre è stato facile arrivarci con maps. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed interno al locale. Ps. Non mi trovo con la recensione precedente, in quanto credo che sia proprio interesse domandare il prezzo di un prodotto se non lo si conosce o non viene esplicitato. Potrebbe essere interpretato come offensivo per qualcuno che non è interessato al prezzo e che è abituato a spendere qualcosina in più. Sono stata in altri locali in cui il vino costava un botto, i direttori di sala non ci hanno quasi mai esplicitato il prezzo: lo domandammo mo noi.. It is a truly excellent luxury pub. We have been there several times: both for lunch and dinner. The food is great, a real treat from appetizer to dessert, not to mention wine, a wide selection for all tastes and pockets. The professionalism and availability of the staff is certainly one of the strengths. The place is clean and innovative, also it was easy to get there with maps. Parking is free and inside the premises. Ps. I do not find myself with the previous review, as I think it is really interesting to ask the price of a product if you do not know it or it is not explained. It could be interpreted as offensive to someone who is not interested in the price and who is used to spending a little more. I've been to other venues where the wine cost a bang, the directors of the hall have hardly ever explained the price: we asked him to do it ..

All interno molto carino, però davvero non ho capito come mai con la sala superiore praticamente vuota ci ha fatto sedere giù nel seminterrato. Mha?! Sembrava di stare in un bunker! Il personale è accogliente e molto preparato. Dopo pochi minuti ci hanno portato menù acqua e dei cestini con pane gressini e taralli, buoni! . Dopo aver visionato le loro offerte, uno degli assistenti di sala ci ha spiegato i vari tipi carni, qualità frollatura eccecc..abbiamo preso 2 taglieri di salumi, anch'essi buoni però non erano abbondanti.molto misurati sulle porzioni. Dopo, l aperitivo, abbiamo scelto 2 tipi di bistecche da minimo 500gr l' una. Bistecca di scottona, buona saporita e morbida e l Angus saporita ma la carne davvero molto dura.ci sono state servite su un piatto di pietra lavica. Bisogna starci attenti altrimenti ci si può scottare. Con le carni sono arrivati anche i contorni. Abbiamo optato per le patate a forno e verdure grigliate. Le patate sinceramente non mi sono piaciute, avevano un sapore strano. Prezzi un po' alti per quello che ho mangiato. A beautiful multi-storey structure, modern and with internal parking. After viewing their offers, one of the assistants explained to us the various types of meat, quality and aging, etc. We took 2 cold cuts, which were good too, but they were not abundant. Very measured on the portions. After, the aperitif, we chose 2 types of steaks of at least 500g each. Scottish steak, tasty and soft, and tasty Angus but very hard meat. They were served on a lava stone plate. We must be careful otherwise we can burn ourselves. Contours also arrived with the meat. We opted for baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. I really didn't like the potatoes, they had a strange taste. Prices a little high for what I ate.

È una struttura che ha molte scale.Il proprietario un ragazzo giovane e gentile. I camerieri molto affabili e simpatici ( anche se abbiamo sentito i vostri commenti sul fatto che avevamo sei figli piccoli ?...questo non è carino e nemmeno dovrebbe riguardarvi) . Hanno una vasta selezione di vini e un sommelier che aiuta nella scelta. Al tavolo viene portata una vetrina con i tagli di carne che si può scegliere, si parte sempre e comunque dai 700gr ( con osso ovviamente) Carni non solo italiane e di buonissima qualità. Una volta scelta le carne viene servita al tavolo su pietra lavica calda e se si vuole viene sporzionata dal cameriere. Come contorno abbiamo preso delle chips di patate fritte molto bene senza olio in eccesso. Da migliorare : quando si fa pagare così tanto la carne bisogna secondo me accompagnare sempre la pietanza principale con le verdure....almeno un insalata. Certe volte la troppa attenzione al cliente risulta opprimente. Il conto secondo noi alto per quello che seppur buono abbiamo mangiato. Quattro stelle meritate comunque! They have a large selection of wines and a sommelier who helps with the choice. A showcase is brought to the table with the cuts of meat that you can choose, we always start from 700gr (with bone of course) Not only Italian and very good quality meat. Once the meat has been chosen, it is served at the table on hot lava stone and, if desired, it is portioned by the waiter. As a side dish we took very good fried potato chips without excess oil. To improve: when you charge so much for the meat you must always accompany the main course with vegetables .... at least a salad. Sometimes too much attention to the customer is overwhelming. The bill in our opinion is high for what we ate. Four stars you deserve anyway! Definitely recommended for meat lovers.
