★ ★ ★ ★ ★ das B & B liegt mitten in der Altstadt ,von dort ist alles bequem per Fuss zu erreichen --Zimmer modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet- Sauberkeit ist perfekt --und der Gastgeber Francesco ist sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend ---- wir können es nur empfehlen--Genua ist ein Erlebnis
the B & B is located in the middle of the old town, from there everything is within easy walking distance --Rooms modern and tastefully decorated- cleanliness is perfect --and the host Francesco is very friendly & accommodating ---- we can only recommend it - Genoa is an experience

Beh devo dire che tra le condizioni ottime del locale, una stanza luminosa, dei servizi eccellenti e la ottima cura del cliente che ha avuto il titolare mi sento in dovere di dire che OLD TOWN B&B ha sorpreso le mie aspettative soddisfandomi al 100%. LA CONSIGLIO A TUTTI.
Of my many journeys, I always doubt that I can find a structure that makes me feel at home. Well I must say that among the excellent local conditions, a bright room, excellent facilities and great customer care that had the owner I feel compelled to say that OLD TOWN B & B surprised my expectations soddisfandomi 100%. THE COUNCIL TO ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra estadía fue simplemente perfecta ! El guesthouse se encuentra en pleno centro histórico. Hay muchos comercios alrededor y todo es accesible a pie lo cual es genial ! La habitación fue conforme a lo descrito. Muy pero muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Hacia mucho calor pero teníamos un ventilador a disposición que se volvió nuestro mejor amigo durante las dos noches que pasamos. Francesco fue muy atento y hasta nos dio una hoja con recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares a ver alrededor. La verdad es que nos la pasamos muy bien, anteriormente me he quedado en otros hospedajes en Italia y no he tenido experiencias muy buenas pagando lo mismo que pagué por este. El guesthouse de Francesco superó mis expectativas en términos de precio/calidad. Lo recomiendo sinceramente !
Our stay was just perfect! The guesthouse is located in the historic center. There are many shops around and everything is accessible on foot which is great! The room was as described. Very very clean and the bed very comfortable. It was very hot but we had a fan available that became our best friend during the two nights we spent. Francesco was very attentive and even gave us a sheet with recommendations for restaurants and places to see around. The truth is that we had a great time, I have previously stayed in other accommodations in Italy and I have not had very good experiences paying the same as I paid for this one. Francesco's guesthouse exceeded my expectations in terms of price / quality. I sincerely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a typical italian flat top of the house. The flat is simple and clean it is in a good part of the old town close to a few restaurants and bars. The stairs is little bit high but this is Italy it is normal and you need some after the dinner. The host is a friendly young man who has some extra suggest for the restaurants or parking areas.
