Locale molto bello e particolare composto da due sale al chiuso ed un piccolo atrio aperto interno, personale molto gentile, disponibile e preparato ma il punto di forza è lo chef: sa quello che fa, lo sa fare MOLTO bene e propone un menù diverso dalla massa che viene variato periodicamente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! The TOP in Alcamo !!! Very nice and particular place consisting of two indoor rooms and a small open internal atrium, very kind, helpful and prepared staff but the strong point is the chef: he knows what he does, he knows how to do it VERY well and offers a different menu mass which is periodically varied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
G	Grafiwebart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è davvero grazioso e dalle grandi potenzialità, il cuoco è molto abile e ben preparato, il personale molto gentile. Non capisco come mai mi siano capitate 3 cose che reputo importanti da recensire, ordino un calice di vino che conosco bene e mi portano al tavolo del vino aperto da almeno una settimana e molto sgradevole non solo all'olfatto ma soprattutto al palato ( potevano dire che non ne avevano più ) ordino un dolce e mi arriva fuori incandescente e dentro surgelato ( non è un male usare il microonde ma esiste la funzione defrost che avrebbero dovuto usare ) e per finire mi lasciano le posate per il dolce anziché adagiarle sul piatto o dopo averle avvolte nei tovaglioli, sul tavolo senza un minimo di parvenza igienica. Sono molto dispiaciuto e spero la mia sia vista come una critica costruttiva volta al miglioramento anziché una nota negativa. The place is really nice and with great potential, the cook is very skilled and well trained, the staff very kind. I don't understand why 3 things have happened to me that I consider important to review, I order a glass of wine that I know well and they bring me to the wine table that has been open for at least a week and very unpleasant not only to the smell but above all to the palate (they could say who didn't have any more) I order a cake and it comes out hot and frozen inside (it's not bad to use the microwave but there is a defrost function that they should have used) and finally they leave me the cutlery for the cake instead of placing them on the plate or after having wrapped them in napkins, on the table without a minimum of hygienic appearance. I am very sorry and I hope mine is seen as a constructive criticism aimed at improvement rather than a negative note.
