★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto ordinato e pulito al centro della città metropolitana ? ho assaggiato le loro pepite di pollo a dir poco straordinare ripiene con salsa barbecue ? il pollo è il loro cavallo di battaglia ben impanato e poco unto ? personale attento,cordiale e molto professionale ? prodotti molto buoni al palato e di eccelsa qualità ? i miei più sinceri complimenti e a presto ?
 Very tidy and clean place in the center of the metropolitan city ? I tasted their extraordinary chicken nuggets stuffed with barbecue sauce ? chicken is their well-breaded and lightly greasy workhorse ? attentive, friendly and very professional staff ? products very good on the palate and of excellent quality ? my most sincere congratulations and see you soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bene che ormai sono tanti i posti in città (o poco fuori) che fanno del buon pollo fritto, ma permettetemi di dire che questo è totalmente su un altro pianeta. La panatura croccante fatta con spezie e combinazioni proprietarie, unite alle varie salse rendono il pollo fritto un vero e proprio piacere per la bocca. Buoni anche i panini, ma non tutti all'altezza di ali o cosce ,il chimico ad esempio mi ha deluso in quanto molto pieno e con sapori poco distinguibili tra loro

NON PRENDETE LE PATATINE FRITTE , erano ahimè mosce e brutte al sapore , peccato
I know that nowadays there are many places in town (or just outside) that do good fried chicken, but let me say this is totally on another planet. The crunchy breading made with proprietary spices and combinations, combined with the various sauces make fried chicken a real pleasure for the mouth. The sandwiches are also good, but not all at the height of wings or thighs, the chemist for example disappointed me as very full and with little distinguishable flavors.

DO NOT TAKE THE FRENCH FRIES, alas they were mushy and ugly to the taste, too bad

Being the first time I go there I can say that I was very satisfied with the quality of food they served us.

My favorite place for chicken here in Bari !! Super nice staff and clean and tidy place, including bathroom fixtures. The chicken and the ingredients that are generally used are of quality, and the menu is very varied. I absolutely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a Oiza Chicken for the first time last night, and it was so good. Being British I grew up with KFC and that was always the fried chicken we bought. But the quality of the chicken and the flavours from Oiza in my opinion are far superior to KFC, they chicken is not dry, and you don't get a bucket full of bones with little meat on them.
I was expecting to get indigestion after eating it as it usually happens after fried food. Nope! Not this time.
A very satisfying meal, 3 people eat for just under 30€ and we are now contemplating the next order.
