★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They entered the wrong shipping address and our parcel still has not arrived after three weeks! Called to follow up and ask for the shipping to be refunded and they shouted and swore down the phone at us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought several times, and every time trouble. One time they did not ship. Every time the fresh tuna and swordfish was old and cut unprofessionally. I complained three times, no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started purchasing from OIP because I am impressed with their professionalism: for a start, they send me the right product requested, unlike some others in Brianza, who sent me cheaper version of ham at the higher price (probably because I live abroad and think I don't know the difference).
Also, they are very polite, take responsibility when they make a mistake and do something about it, they are very helpful, 'keep their word' and respond to communications very quickly. Well done OIP!
On top of that, I get products at a good price, good quality, very quickly, well packed and sent at no cost to me. I will continue purchasing from them and would recommend OIP to anyone, who likes proper food.

I bought 8Grappa(€1200). It has taken 1 month for the items to arrive. And they shipped me the wrong products. Then they ignore my e-mail.
Worst online shop so far.
I order the bottle left side on the picture. they sent the bottle right side on the pic.
And they said SAME BOTTLE.
it's literally insane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been ordering from OIP for years and the shipment is always correct and prompt. The package is put together with great care - I've nothing but good things to say about them.
This last time I've had a problem with my credit cards and despite my package not being eligible - they've arranged that I could pay with PayPal. This made the difference between being able to order and not. So color me happy.
The selection is absolutely amazing - there is EVERYTHING you can imagine. In the past I've ordered fresh artichokes and they've arrived perfectly to Hungary.
If you are wondering - give them a try. I know you will be pleased.
