Inoltre l'azienda è raggiungibile facilmente anche telefonicamente e un rapporto "diretto" nell'epoca di "internet', per quelle un po' più grandicelle come me è molto apprezzato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transpallet arrivato con graffiature sulle forche e con il timone che cigola durante il movimento.
Risposta loro:
- "non ha messo la riserva" => il corriere non ha dato tempo per la verifica ed è andato via subito, senza far firmare/compilare nulla al nostro personale
- "il cigolio si attenua con l'uso, al limite lubrificate" => abbiamo 8 transpallet in azienda, e nessuno cigola, anche dopo anni di uso continuo
Quindi per noi poco professionali e sicuramente con ZERO interesse verso un rapporto con il cliente. Di sicuro non acquisteremo più nulla.
Speriamo solo che il prodotto regga nel tempo...comunque abbiamo già ridotto le aspettative in quel senso.
Chi vende in questo modo solitamente sceglie fornitori con le stesse caratteristiche, quindi...

Their answer:
- "did not put the reserve" => the courier did not give time for verification and left immediately, without having our staff sign / fill in anything
- "the creaking fades with use, eventually lubricated" => we have 8 pallet trucks in the company, and none squeak, even after years of continuous use
So for us unprofessional and certainly with ZERO interest in a relationship with the customer. We will certainly not buy anything anymore.
Let's just hope that the product holds up over time ... however we have already reduced expectations in that sense.
