★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se possibile avrei dato 0 stelle ma non si può peccato, acquisto da molti anni su internet e ovunque in Italia e fuori, ma delle persone così poco serie nel gestire un reso, non mi era mai capitato. Mi spiego meglio acquisto dalla pagina del negozio di instangram prima una Coppola mi arriva la vedo la provo mi piace e dopo pochi giorni, ne ordino altre due, mi arrivano e non sono uguali alla prima nella vestibilità ed una delle due anche nel materiale , gli scrivo tramite whatsapp e su instangram, dopo tanto scrivere confermano che non sono uguali, chiedo di fare un reso, che è un mio diritto tengo a precisare non chiedo nulla di più, mi viene risposto che posso sostituire la merce con altri prodotti.Dico che va bene scelgo i prodotti dopo tanto cercare trovo la merce che mi piace , gli invio foto e taglia e colore voi avete sentito risposta immagino di no e nemmeno io, chiamo il negozio diverse volte ma non risponde mai nessuno.Tutti spariti, non risponde più nessuno ne su instangram ne al telefono e nemmeno su i numeri di Whatsapp tutto questo x 60€ capisco il momento di crisi, ma fatte veramente ridere, e mi fermo qui. Scrivo il tutto soprattutto x le persone che vorranno acquistare da questi buffi personaggi,d stare molto attenti perché non sono seri, o meglio a vendere e raggirarti si, poi però per i problemi post vendita assolutamente no. Let me explain better I buy from the instangram shop page before a Coppola arrives to me I see it I try it I like it and after a few days, I order two more, they arrive and they are not the same as the first in wearability and one of the two also in the material. I write via whatsapp and on instangram, after so much writing they confirm that they are not the same, I ask to make a return, which is my right I want to specify I do not ask for anything more, I am told that I can replace the goods with other products. okay I choose the products after a lot of searching I find the goods I like, I send them photos and size and color you have heard the answer I guess not and neither do I. I call the shop several times but no one ever answers.All disappeared, no longer answers no one on instangram or on the phone and not even on Whatsapp numbers all this x 60 € I understand the moment of crisis, but really make you laugh, and I'll stop here. I write everything especially for people who want to buy from these funny characters, to be very careful because they are not serious, or rather to sell and deceive you, but then absolutely not for after-sales problems.
