Prodotto conforme a quanto richiesto, stampa perfetta, davvero molto bello. Sono pienamente soddisfatta, ottimo servizio!
I ordered a pillowcase with photo and name a week ago, doubting it would arrive in time for Christmas; after two days I received the draft by email and after four it was delivered to me. Product compliant with the requirements, perfect print, really very nice. I am fully satisfied, great service!

Non ho mai fatto una figura così grande in vita mia per un regalo che ho fatto a mio marito.
- oltre al fatto che sia arrivata rotta, la base è di un legno scarso che si sgretola e si sgretolerà nuovamente. Avrebbero potuto verificare la conformità prima dell’invio. Avrei evitato di fare una pessima figura con mio marito… Hé sì! Fiduciosa, ho aperto il pacco insieme a lui!

- Stampa della foto sgranata e di scarsa qualità. Vi assicuro che dal vivo è davvero sgranata… Non bella lucida come nella loro pubblicità
- il plexiglas è una plastichetta di bassissimo livello. Opaca e non lucida come nella loro pubblicità.
- La scritta è troppo stretta. Alcune parole si leggono male.
Aggiungo: servizio qualità pessimo... che risponde in toni sgarbati.
Quindi oltre al danno, anche la presa in giro delle loro risposte!

- Plexiglas is a very low level plastic label. Matte and not shiny like in their advertisement.
- The lettering is too narrow. Some words are badly read.

Servizio clienti scandaloso: prima ti dicono che puoi chiedere il rimborso dato che non sono riusciti ad evadere l'ordine, poi ti dicono che non si può rimborsare. Insomma, 30 euro buttati dato che sono rimasta senza regalo. Complimenti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato altre volte su babloo ma mai i vestiti. Questa volta ho preso due t-shirt e un body che mi servivano per fare una sorpresa. Tessuti davvero pessimi, ne sono rimasta delusa. Nulla da dire invece sulla spedizione precisa e puntuale.
I have ordered other times on babloo but never the clothes. This time I got two t-shirts and a bodysuit that I needed to surprise. Really bad fabrics, I was disappointed. Nothing to say instead about the precise and punctual shipment.

Ho ordinato su questo sito una foto stampata su plexiglas, La qualità dell'immagine SCARSISSIMA oltre che stampata male, presenta dei punti dove la foto non si ha aderito bene quindi DIFETTATO!
Da premettere che ho fatto l'ordine dal sito che mi invitava a fare l'iscrizione per ricevere uno sconto di benvenuto che però non accettava al momento del pagamento!!!
Quindi morale 15,00 più 6,00 di spedizione BUTTATE nella spazzatura oltre alla delusione di mio figlio perché era il suo regalo per la festa del suo papà!!!
Per niente professionali!!!

Solo due parole per descriverli: zero professionalità.
Ho ordinato una targa in plexiglas per la festa del papà in formato 13x20. Sul sito c’era scritto che mi sarebbe arrivata un anteprima di come veniva il prodotto finito. Invece mi arriva direttamente la mail di avvenuta spedizione. Allora scrivo e dico ‘volevo prima vedere l’anteprima’ e in risposta loro ‘per l'articolo scelto la bozza non sempre è prevista se le foto si adattano bene all'articolo scelto’. Va bene, aspetto e mi arriva il pacchetto. La targa mi sembra più piccola di come la immaginavo , e infatti mi arriva una misura differente da quella che avevo ordinato, una 10x16. Contatto per il rimorso e non ricevo più una risposta. Da sottolineare che per avere la misura più grande ho pagato 5€ in più. Doppia delusione, visto che 3 anni fa avevo ordinato un cuscino e mi era stata stampata una frase diversa da quella che avevo scelto, ma volevo rifidarmi, restando di nuovo delusa. Mai più un ordine da loro
