Mi sono recato presso la loro officina la prima volta e mi hanno detto di ripassare un altro giorno alle 18.30. Sono ripassato un altro giorno a quell'ora ma non mi hanno potuto aiutare perché avevano "altre urgenze". Venendo da un paese vicino, per non rischiare di muovermi ancora una volta a vuoto ho quindi chiamato per prenotare un appuntamento per la settimana successiva. Una volta presentatomi in orario per l'appuntamento mi hanno detto che la persona con cui avevo parlato non si era presentata in officina e nessuno dei lavoratori presenti ha potuto sostituirlo nello svolgimento della semplice operazione. Insomma, ho sprecato tempo e benzina senza risolvere nulla. Zero professionalità. I had to do a very simple operation of installing an aux cable to my car.
