We went to this shop with the desire and intention to buy a fireplace. The lady was of a rudeness never seen in business. Each of my questions seemed to be a burden, making us feel too much. She did not bother in the slightest to present and describe the product we requested. Never again and rest assured that I will not make good publicity.
