per un controllo su una Fiat Panda lo scorso 5 novembre a seguito dell' accensione spia gialla del motore ho dovuto pagare 50 euro , nessuna ricevuta.
Quite bad experience,
for a check on a Fiat Panda on November 5th following the yellow engine warning light I had to pay 50 euros, no receipt.

β β β β β Our car broke down on our way to Torino, they had very fast reaction and came for us with their tow truck. They were the only one that responded to our call. Long warranty is included in price of repair. Very nice and polite employees. We could easily explain them what is the problem in english. The car runs great after the repair.
Negative part is that they were EXTREMELY hard to get by telephone, we needed to call them numerous of times to get an answer. They fixed our car before telling us the price of the repair eventhough we asked them a couple of times. Also, they said that they would call us numerous times and let us know what is the price and what they need to fix but they didn't call.
Only one employee knew only mediocre english and we had hard time to understand each other.
