Abbiamo trovato personale squisito, gentile,disponibile nell'aiutarci con prontezza e speditezza. In pochi minuti hanno sistemato la problematica consentendoci di riprendere il nostro viaggio. Aggiungo che il servizio è stato svolto gratuitamente, senza pretendere alcunché e con una spiccata cordialità. Officina consigliatissima. Venerdì 29 ottobre siamo arrivati con il camper nell'area sosta verso le ore 19,00 e nel rimettere in moto, il mezzo non parte più. Telefono in officina, avendo trovato il numero su internet, spiego il problema e il Sig Rossetti arriva subito nell'area, mi risolve il problema alla grande, praticamente lavora fino alle 22,30 circa dopo che ormai la sua officina era chiusa, ma sopratutto non approfitta della situazione e mi fa pagare il giusto. Persone così sono merce rara!!!!! I would like to point out the professionalism, the kindness but above all the honesty of the owner of the Rossetti workshop in Lucignano. The owner of the garage (Vincenzo) arranged a transport to his garage and reparated the car very professionaly! We were so greatful. And also the price was very ok for what he did! So we are very satisfied about this garage!
