Nel mio caso sono riusciti a risolvere un problema che altre officine blasonate non hanno saputo o voluto risolvere, sono stati molto bravi , professionali e onesti ! La posizione è molto comoda, specialmente per gli anziani come me che possono tornare a casa a piedi. Mi rivolgo all’officina Pratelli e ottengo subito assistenza. In meno di 24h mi sostituiscono il compressore con uno originale ed eseguono piccoli interventi relativi. Il servizio è stato rapido e professionale e mi ha consentito di proseguire il viaggio senza problemi.Aggiungo la cortesia e la passione di tutto lo staff.
