Appuntamento fissato per venerdì 12 alle 16.30, arrivo, mi avvicino al negozio e leggo il cartello con la scritta "oggi omeriggio chiuso". In una società civile se l'appuntamento dovesse saltare il professionista chiama il cliente per avvisare del disguido ma qui evidentemente manca la professionalità. Sconsiglio fortemente. Serietà zero.
I can't give 0 stars but that's what I would like to do. Appointment set for Friday 12 at 16.30, I arrive, I approach the shop and read the sign with the words "closed today". In a civil society if the appointment were to skip the professional calls the client to warn of the mistake but obviously professionalism is lacking here. I strongly advise against. Zero seriousness.
