Ero in procinto di ripartire da Ravenna con la mia auto quando ho avuto un problema meccanico nelle vicinanze di questa officina. Visto che era l’ora della pausa pranzo, il proprietario per non farmi aspettare troppo ha mangiato velocemente e ha cominciato a lavorare sulla mia auto, circa 45 min prima del l’orario di riapertura. Una volta individuato il problema, visto che era una cosa che era impossibilitato a risolvere mi ha accompagnato personalmente alla Mercedes più vicina per far sì che mi risolvessero il problema più velocemente possibile. “Dulcis in fundo”, non ha voluto essere pagato per il tempo dedicato alla mia vettura. Consiglio questa officina a tutti coloro che cercano un meccanico professionale e onesto. Grazie ancora sig.Franco I would like to express all my gratitude to the owner of this workshop for the courtesy, availability but above all for the honesty shown. I was about to leave Ravenna with my car when I had a mechanical problem in the vicinity of this workshop. Since it was time for lunch, the owner ate quickly so as not to make me wait too long and started working on my car, about 45 minutes before the reopening time. Once he identified the problem, since it was something he was unable to solve, he personally accompanied me to the closest Mercedes to get them to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
