Se chiamate e arrivano loro, vi conviene rifiutare e richiamare nuovamente la vostra assicurazione. ....pensavo di essere io la malcapitata ma leggendo tutte le recensioni mi accorgo che 30 su 35 abbiamo riscontrato lo stesso problema....mi chiedo queste persone chi si credono di essere? Ma soprattutto il proprietario e al corrente alle variazioni di percorsi che gli autisti fanno per i loro interessi privati? Una vera schifezza. Rude rude dishonest to avoid like the plague. If you call and get there, you should refuse and call back your insurance. .... I thought I was the unfortunate but reading all the reviews I realize that 30 out of 35 we have encountered the same problem .... I wonder these people who they think they are? But above all, the owner is aware of the variations in the routes that drivers make for their private interests? A real crap.

Cosa dire TOP!!!!! We had a "problem" with the fighters but they were great! They worked to recover the car after working hours ..... What to say TOP !!!!!
M	Mimmo Ventura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente senza parola, dopo avermi dato disponibilità a tenere la macchina per una notte, visto il costo eccessivo richiestomi per il carro attrezzi, ho trovato un altro carro attrezzi che per una cifra molto più bassa mi avrebbe portato la vettura ed ho chiesto solo che mi tenessero le vetture ( a pagamento ) A quel punto mi sono sentito dire che se non usufruivo del carro attrezzi ( a tariffa da furto ) non mi avrebbero tenuto la macchina. Senza parole. Obbligata a portare qui la macchina in panne un sabato mattina mi sono affidata a loro perché non avevo altra scelta. Ho cambiato la pompa del carburante e l'olio mi hanno fatto pagare 535,45€. O	Oh my god on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soccorso stradale tramite assicurazione, trattengono il mio furgone nella loro officina ,nonostante io chieda espressamente di portarlo dal mio meccanico di fiducia.Non mi forniscono copia del libretto per un giorno intero, che è venerdì, al sabato le officine sono chiuse, li contatto tramite assicurazione mi garantiscono che restituiscono il mezzo prima alle 15.30 appuntamento rinviato alle 17.30,infine non consegnato . li ricontatto tramite assicurazione perchè si negano ai vari telefoni.Recupero il mio mezzo che nel frattempo hanno lasciato fuori dal loro deposito, venerdì alle ore 21.00.Li ritengo privi di ogni scrupolo.Maleducati.L'automobilista non ha bisogno di ciarlatani ma di veri e onesti meccanici.MAI PIU' DA LORO Roadside assistance through insurance, they keep my van in their workshop, although I expressly ask to take it to my trusted mechanic.They do not provide me with a copy of the booklet for a whole day, which is Friday, on Saturday the workshops are closed, I contact them via insurance guarantee that they return the vehicle before 3.30 pm appointment postponed at 5.30 pm, finally not delivered. Assolutamente non professionale, dopo un’attesa di due ore sono arrivati con il furgone per mettere in moto il mio mezzo pesante, con due box starter scarichi, poi dopo un’altra attesa di tre ore sono arrivati con la forca e dopo averlo caricato mi hanno portato in officina Iveco ( l’autista in gamba ma purtroppo avuto ordini dalla ditta di non metterlo in moto con i cavi) risultato appena messo lo starter è andato in moto. Pessima esperienza, non capisco dopo aver letto tutte queste recensioni negative come fanno le assicurazioni a servirsi di queste persone. Like many of these reviews, I also had a bad experience. Questi sono veramente un associazione a delinquere. Ti vogliono portare nel loro deposito a tutti i costi, anche se tu hai il diritto di farti lasciare dove vuoi tu, pagando la differenza chiaramente, o al limite dove finisce la loro competenza territoriale. Costo del trasporto auto rispetto alla distanza: scandaloso. Costo giornaliero del parcheggio nei loro spazi: oltraggioso. Trasporto dell'auto ad un vicino parcheggio - 1 km - per interrompere il costo della sosta presso di loro: Eur 80 = da usura. Cortesia nelle comunicazioni: totalmente assente. Risposte tramite email: in ritardo e mancanti talora delle informazioni richieste. Dovessi malauguratamente trovarmi nelle stesse condizioni, mi caricherei l'auto in spalla piuttosto che chiamare questa gente. Non sono insoddisfatto.
