★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono rivolto a questa officina perchè la ventola dell'abitacolo si fernava quando percorrevo lunghe distanze. Ho lasciato l'auto 1 giorno in officina ma non sono riusciti a rilevare l'anomalia. Mi hanno chiesto comunque 60 euro senza aver risolto il problema. Un pomeriggio dopo aver percorso circa 50 km l'auto ripresenta l'anomalia. Sono subito andato in officina come da accordi. Hanno constatato che la ventola dell'abitacolo non funzionava, ma non sono riusciti a capire la causa del guasto. Si sono limitati a dire che poteva essere il motorino della ventola (200 euro) + manodopera. Ma non garantendo la soluzione del problema. Che sarebbero andati per tentativi. A spese mie naturalmente. Mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un altro meccanico che mi ha risolto il problema in 1 ora! (100 euro).
Ingenuamente pensavo che mi tornassero indietro i soldi quando sono andato di nuovo per riferire che un altro meccanico mi aveva risolto il guasto. Non è andata così. Anzi hanno avanzato dubbi sulla competenza e l'onesta del meccanico che mi ha riparato l'auto.
I turned to this workshop because the interior fan faded when I traveled long distances. I left the car 1 day in the workshop but could not detect the anomaly. They asked me 60 euros anyway without having solved the problem. One afternoon, after covering about 50 km, the car shows the anomaly again. I immediately went to the workshop as agreed. They found that the passenger compartment fan was not working but could not understand the cause of the failure. They simply said that it could be the fan motor (200 euros) + labor. But not guaranteeing the solution of the problem. That they would go by trial and error. At my expense, of course. I had to turn to another mechanic who solved the problem in 1 hour! (100 euros).
I naively thought that the money would come back to me when I went again to report that another mechanic had solved my fault. It didn't happen that way. On the contrary, they raised doubts about the competence and honesty of the mechanic who repaired my car.

Tornerò presto per cambiare le gomme della mia cara Volvo! Se volete andare in una officina seria vi consiglio sicuramente questa!
I went for the first time recommended by a friend and I must say that I had a good time, finally honest prices, prepared and serious mechanics, nice clean and tidy workshop! I'll be back soon to change the tires of my dear Volvo! If you want to go to a serious workshop, I definitely recommend this one!
