Il fatto che appena vai per un servizio si cerca subito di rifilarne un altro ormai è al quanto risaputo e le persone in genere se lo aspettano, ma la cosa più di cattivo gusto sono i commenti sulla macchina.. “ehhh la macchia è un po’ vecchia” .. la prossima volta che voglio un giudizio sulla macchina sicuramente vado da loro così ottengo tutte le opinioni non richieste.. come se i proprietari delle macchine non sono consapevoli delle macchine che possiedono. P.S: visto che non posso rispondere al commento sotto rispondo nella mia recensione. Avete chiamato sul cellulare del mio compagno e nessuno vi ha autorizzato ad usare il numero per chiamarci. Nella conversazione ho confermato alla sua collaboratrice quanto recensito e dissento con quanto scritto sotto. La serietà sta anche nell’accettare di aver sbagliato. Scontenta ero e scontenta rimango. Specifico che la stella è una perché meno non si può dare ed è stata aggiunta al principio appena inserito il commento e non dopo la vostra telefonata. Oggi, dopo 10 giorni di attesa dalla conferma dell'appuntamento, vado lì e scopro che NON montano più gomme acquistate altrove. Il titolare però, per venirmi incontro (!!) dato il disguido, mi ha offerto (!!) di fare la sostituzione al prezzo di 75 euro invece di 50! Grazie, evidentemente è ora di cambiare gommista non solo le gomme! Intanto grazie per avermi fatto perdere tempo e costretto a rimandare la sostituzione delle gomme (presso altro gommista)! [complimenti per la risposta! Vedo che avete c'entrato il punto. Qui NON si tratta di giustificare scelte aziendali ma di COMUNICARLE PER TEMPO quando date gli appuntamenti, invece di approfittare del fatto che ormai il cliente è lì con le gomme e magari non se va, così da spillare altri 25 euro!!! Lasciamo le ore di lavoro, nel prezzo devi dare anche una garanzia. Ma 6 litri di antigelo a 9 euro più iva al litro non li posso spiegare, ci stanno in tutto 10 litri in questa macchina se metti 6 litri di antigelo puro che si po' costare 10,98 euro iva compresa... Il liquido che vedo nel radiatore avrebbe un colore diverso al massimo vedo 3 litri di antigelo forse neanche quelli In bmw costa 15 euro al litro compreso iva quello blu /verde puro da miscelare, che bmw ha sempre usato se sei un meccanico lo sai non mi vai a mettere il roso ma vabbè mi fermo qua anche se ci sono molte da dire ma penso che mi bastano 65 euro di antigelo.
