I costi accettabili e cmq molti inferiori a quelli della casa madre. Sicuramente ci ritorno. They solved the problems of my Range Rover both of electronics and mechanics in a professional way and with fast times. The acceptable costs and cmq much lower than those of the parent company. I will certainly return.

Un centro fiat (forse nn preparati e non autorizzati) che non hanno saputo trovare il problema nella mia grande punto, che aveva problemi di accellerazione. Ogni giorni mi dicevano auto pronta e l'indomani il solito problema. Prima mi hanno fatto cambiare batteria e 2 candele (150€) - dopo un giorno mi hanno fatto cambiare bobbina (altre 150€) - poi mi hanno cambiato TUTTE le altre 4 candele e altra diagnostica (altri 100€). IL PROBLEMA ancora PERSISTEVA... e mi hanno detto dobbiamo cambiare centralina. Poi per fortuna ho aperto gli occhi e sono andato in UN ORIGINALE CENTRO AUTORIZZATO FIAT e finalmente in un giorno ho risolto IL PROBLEMA che erano semplicemente gli INIETTORI SPORCHI. DANDOMI retta da subito ed essendo a mia completa disposizione. Invece loro si confondevano al telefono x dirmi notizie sull'auto e poi sulla mia auto ogni giorno ci mettevano mano operai sempre diversi. RIPETO UN ODISSEA che mi è costata SOLDI E TEMPO!! mi è dispiaciuto essere trattato cosi visto che ero clienti da qualche anno! An odyssey lasting 15 days and € 400 without ever solving the problem! A fiat center (perhaps not prepared and unauthorized) that did not know how to find the problem in my big point, which had acceleration problems. Every day they told me the car is ready and the next day the usual problem. First they made me change the battery and 2 candles (150 €) - after a day they made me change coil (another 150 €) - then they changed ALL the other 4 candles and other diagnostics (another 100 €). THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED ... and they told me we need to change the ECU. Then luckily I opened my eyes and went to AN ORIGINAL FIAT AUTHORIZED CENTER and finally in one day I solved THE PROBLEM which were simply the DIRTY INJECTORS. GIVE ME straight immediately and being at my complete disposal. Instead they got confused on the phone to tell me news about the car and then about my car every day they always put hand to different workers. I REPEAT AN ODYSSEY that cost me MONEY AND TIME !! I was sorry to be treated like this since I was a customer for a few years!

V	Vittorio Spotorno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado per smacchiare i fanali e chiedo il prezzo. Il titolare mi risponde 25€ e mi da appuntamento al pomeriggio. Torno, finisce il lavoro e al momento di pagare il prezzo raddoppia e mi dice che avevo capito male e che intendeva 25€ a fanale. Quando mai un cliente chiede il prezzo di un singolo fanale??? Morale: 50 euro in nero senza ricevuta, fuori dal prezzo pattuito. Mai più. I go to remove the spotlights and ask for the price. The owner replies € 25 and gives me an appointment in the afternoon. I come back, finish the job and when it comes to paying the price doubles and tells me that I had misunderstood and that he meant € 25 per headlight. When does a customer ever ask for the price of a single light ??? Moral: 50 euros in black without receipt, out of the agreed price. Never again.
